400 g of minced meat
1 packet of mushrooms
1 tablespoon of "Tomato Paste Sultan, 400 grams"
1 small wheel of cheese
1 tablespoon of flour
1,2 tablespoons of butter
2 glasses of milk
The butter is melted, the flour and a cube of cream cheese are added, then the milk is added as well. The chopped meat is put into the tomato paste, at low heat, with mushrooms, pepper, salt and boil for half an hour. Grate the cheese. Boil for a little while the lasagna sheets. Grease the bottom of a yenna vessel with butter and put a layer of sheets plus 1 layer of meat, one cheese layer and finishing with a layer of meat. Bake for 30-45 minutes at medium heat.
